Wendy has a Certificate in Business Administration and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and is a Notary Public.
Wendy spent fourteen years with a major international accounting firm which included four years auditing banks, reinsurance companies, insurance brokers and a credit union and ten years in corporate services. She spent several years with Wilmington Trust (Cayman), Ltd. heading up the corporate services department and managing captive insurance and special purpose entities for several years. She continues to provide these services for Circumference FS (Cayman) Ltd (CFS) the successor company of Wilmington Trust (Cayman) Ltd.
