Lucinda has over 20 years’ experience in corporate management and legal services in the Cayman Islands working with the head of the corporate department at Turners for 13 years and prior to that working for 2 other major international law firms in the Cayman Islands.
Lucinda is experienced in all aspects of offshore corporate structures including company and partnership formations, mutual fund registrations, SIBA applications, re-domiciliation and voluntary liquidations and manages the administration of a varied portfolio of companies of Circumference FS (Cayman) Ltd (CFS) on a day to day basis. Her work also includes general corporate administration tasks including support for corporate secretary and director services, preparing minutes and resolutions for client entities and is a Notary Public.
