Lorenzo holds a Master's degree magna cum laude in Corporate Finance, from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome in Italy. He is fluent in English and Italian (native tongue), plus he speaks basic French and Spanish.
Lorenzo has seven years of experience working for corporate service providers in Luxembourg and specializes in securitization transactions.
Lorenzo is responsible for the overall maintenance of our client portfolio of securitization and holding companies, providing accounting and administrative services. This includes supervision of monthly reporting, financial statements, tax returns, finalizing audits and developing strong working relations with audit firms. He leads the management of SPVs domiciled in Luxembourg and all processes connected to their lifecycle (from incorporation to liquidation).
