As Senior Corporate Officer, Julija supports the new clients' acceptance process, including all KYC matters, incorporations and liquidations of companies, transaction follow-up and corporate services, including preparing minutes and convening general meetings. She is also involved in the day-to-day administration of client companies ensuring that they maintain good corporate governance and remain in compliance with appliable regulatory requirements.
