Helene holds a Master’s degree in foreign languages applied to business and trade from the Paul Verlain University in Metz (France). She is fluent in French and English, has advanced knowledge of Spanish and basic knowledge of German.
She has fourteen years’ experience in the financial sector in Luxembourg, eight of which included time in the real estate industry and approximately six of which were in the fiduciary services industry, managing the corporate aspects of portfolios composed of mainly securitisation companies.
As Team Leader - Client Relations, Helene manages our team of (Senior) Corporate Officers and provides support with the new clients acceptance process which includes all KYC matters, incorporations and liquidations of companies, transaction follow-up and corporate services including preparing minutes and convening general meetings. She is also involved in the day-to-day administration of some companies and ensures that each client company maintains good corporate governance and remains in compliance with all legal requirements.
