Charlotte is Group General Counsel who graduated from the University of Sussex with a 1st class honours degree and a masters degree in English. She was admitted as a solicitor in England in September 2005 having completed the PgDL and LPC with distinction at the College of Law in London. She trained and qualified as a corporate attorney in London with Macfarlanes LLP where she advised on a broad range of domestic and cross border corporate and M&A matters, in particular private equity investment.
Charlotte was admitted to practice as a Cayman Islands attorney in 2013 and has six years’ experience in private practice advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on Cayman based investment structures and local regulatory and compliance issues. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
