Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida State University and received his Certified Public Accountant certificate in the State of Georgia. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Andrew is a director of Circumference FS (Cayman) Ltd (CFS) the main Cayman based operating entity of the Circumference Group. CFS provides director, trustee, registered office and related services to a variety of entities.
Andrew has over twenty five years experience in the offshore financial services industry, specializing in investment funds, holding companies, securitizations, structured finance, captive insurance management, insurance-linked securities, catastrophe bond administration, and financial planning strategies for special purpose vehicles.
Andrew is a member and past president of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Cayman Islands Directors Association, and is a Notary Public.
